The All-In Standard
The terms behind our market-exclusive Landmark plan: a flat monthly fee, all-in, no refund clause — exclusivity only works with committed partners.
Definition
The All-In Standard is how our market-exclusive Landmark plan is structured: a flat $29,999/mo, all-in, no per-appointment metering and no refund clause. Because we lock your competitors out of our roster, Landmark asks you to be all-in for the term rather than shopping for an exit. It's the one plan where the model isn't pay-per-appointment — you're paying to own the whole market, not per result.
In depth
Exclusivity is a two-way promise. When we agree to take only one contractor per trade in your metro and turn your competitors away, we're betting on you as much as you're betting on us. The All-In Standard makes that mutual — you're in, we're in, and we build like it.
It's deliberately not for everyone. The contractors who thrive on Landmark want a partner, not a cancel button. For everyone else, pay-per-appointment — where you only pay when we book a qualified appointment — is the better fit.
Worked example
A high-volume remodeler takes the only Landmark seat in their metro on the All-In Standard, locking out direct competitors for the full term.
